NEIP Holds 3rd Successful Innocence Training!

July 24th, 2013

The New England Innocence Project was so excited to host our third annual Innocence Training on Friday, July 12 at the Goodwin Procter Conference Center. The event was a huge success, with over 100 attorneys, prosecutors and members of law enforcement from all six New England states in attendance. Panelist memberโ€™s presentations included: Lessons Learned from the Wrongful Convictions Project, Best Practices in Crime Labs, DNA in Complex Cases, and Fingerprint Evidence in Transition. NEIP has received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback and plans to hold a similar program next year. Thanks to everyone who attended, and a special thanks to the presenters, Jon Gould, Michael Bromwich, Mary Kate McGilvray, Keith Inman, and Simon Cole who all donated their time and gave such wonderful presentations.
