NJ AG Guidelines for Preparing and Conducting Photo and Live Lineup Identification Procedures

Report of the Governor's Commission on Capital Punishment
Issued in 2002 providing 85 specific recommendations, including recommendations to require videotaping of interrogations in capital cases, to review police procedures for obtaining eyewitness identifications, and to intensify the scrutiny of the testimony of in-custody informants.
